André was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of South Africa in 1995 and practiced as a Solicitor in South Africa before emigrating to Australia in 2000. André is admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia and advises a wide range of clients including high net worth individuals, SME’s and large public companies on structured finance, commercial structuring and asset protection, trust law and advanced estate planning. Always focused on sharing his knowledge and expertise to draw out the best in others, André is a regular lecturer to Post-Graduate Commercial Law students at the Bond University Faculty of Law.
