•Manage the financial planning of SG&A for capital expenditures, rent & utilities, marketing & advertising, sales & accounting, management & administrative salaries.•Perform variance analysis each month reviewing actual expenses v budget and identify potential risk or opportunities.•Create monthly and ad-hoc financial reporting to better facilitate communication increasing sales growth.•Update trends each quarter on the financial planning system.•Help create a standardized process to improve and streamline projects.
