Andre Waugh is a Senior Development Manager at Concacaf, focusing primarily on supporting the Member Associations through Coach Education, Grassroot and other Technical Development initiatives. His current position affords him the opportunity to combine both of his passions; firstly, to educate & empower people, and secondly, football. Prior to joining Concacaf, Waugh lectured at the Caribbean School of Sport Sciences in the Faculty of Science and Sport at the University of Technology, Jamaica (UTech Ja.) from 2011 to 2017. While at UTech Ja., he also served as the Fitness Coach of Jamaica’s Senior National Football Team “Reggae Boyz” from 2010 to 2017. Over the period, his long list of accomplishments includes qualification to the Under 17 World Cup in 2011, winning the Caribbean Cup in 2010 & 2014 and a second place finish at the 2015 Concacaf Gold Cup. Waugh is a graduate of the Escuela Internacional de Educacion Fisica y Deporte and the University of Glasgow. To Live, To Learn, To Love, To Leave a Legacy!!!!
