With considerable experience in Fiduciary Services, I have gained skills in building strong private client relationships with high net worth clients from a variety of backgrounds, together with extensive experience dealing with various third parties. The combined client relationship and fiduciary knowledge that I possess has helped me to achieve a proven track record of making sound fiduciary decisions.As a strong people manager, I take great pleasure in utilising effective talent management techniques to strengthen and develop employees as a critical resource in my teams to enhance and advance their competencies in client handling and fiduciary skills. This is achieved through coaching, mentoring and sharing knowledge in an empathic, supportive way with regular one to one sessions to achieve the best possible results and develop the quality of individuals to meet the Company’s current and future strategic objectives.
