Responsible for providing presales technical / functional support of cloud applications to prospective clients and customers.Strategic account planning, business development activities to build sales pipeline, RFPs, discovery sessions, and presentations of ERP cloud applications to C-level executives. Collaborate with sales representative team to support the entire sales cycle of deals.Educating customers and sales representatives of our cloud product offerings.Help provide and come up with appropriate training materials for new solution consultants in the on-boarding process.Talk to customers about cutting-edge cloud application products, and show them the benefit of our advanced services, ultimately helping to closes the deal.

Create and prepare monthly financial accounting statements.Provide expertise in title/ DMV documentation to ensure accurate timely processing of vehicle titles.Prepare month-end journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting schedules for accounting areas including bank transactions, and expense management for internal and external users.Assist controller with year-end audits and ad-hoc reports.Analysis account receivable/payable transactions and manage communications with dealers and prospects; tracking inventory in Autosoft Applications.

Serve as a liaison for sales by going over financial documentation with customers purchasing vehicles. Implementing and analyzing accounts payable functions, preparing bank deposits, and cash transactions.Provide counseling, training, and mentoring to new associates. Support and provide leadership to the business office team in the day to day activities within the office.Plan, evaluate, and report funding issues to managers and finance institutions. Head of title/ DMV department ensuring that vehicle registrations and titles were processed accordingly.
