The ability to create and ease people's lives, to save them time so that they can spend it with people they care about, is what makes me excited as a developer. I have worked on a few projects at work and every once in a while, if need be, I will Consult and help my friends who are in the process of creating something (doesn't need to be code). Even If I don't know much about the product being created I sharpen myself up to ensure I can deliver accurate and reliable opinions or my part of the product.When I feel my skills in a certain area is lacking, I will do youtube courses or if the opportunity presents itself, I will do a free course online. I'm very down to earth and straightforward. I enjoy a bit of friendly competition and tend to be super supportive of others in their journey towards growth and development. Helping people to level up really excites me. I'm extremely versatile. Although I'm a programmer, a lot of my time is spent testing, data capturing, working and managing our database, and facing clients. On the client facing side I do the following: I attend events to talk about our software/platform (promoting to a certain level). I train individuals on how to work with the platform/software, I represent the company at other events and handle client interaction telephonically and in person quite well regardless of the client's mood or attitude. Instead of just doing my day-to-day work, I am always trying to contribute to a company's growth. I jump at the opportunity to attend meetings and share my ideas. In the long run, I would like to assume a leadership position. I'm always smiling - it motivates people and motivation is the one thing I think most people lack dearly in this world. Lastly, I'm an open book and anything you should wish to know of me I'll answer honestly.
