André heads the Administration, Marketing and Operational Broubart divisions based at Head Office in East London. Armed with a Sales and Marketing qualification, André started at entry level in the security industry, which allowed for the best schooling platform in a very competitive and regulated industry.André manages a successful family business that runs throughout the Eastern Cape with a workforce in excess of 1200 staff and over the past years has successfully and passionately added to the basket of services, including commercial cleaning and more recently a technology division. He continually strives to develop his staff and explores opportunities within the industry, allowing Broubart to drive innovation and maintain service excellence. André excels in surf ski paddling & canoeing and competes Nationally with outstanding results.
