Developed and implemented a reapplication improvement process from the Autonomous Maintenance (AM) activities that reducing overall stops, increasing the mean time between failures and the overall process reliability across the department.*Manufacturing Department Manager Led an operating department consisting of 1/3 of the total production business for the site. Manage the production, quality, safety, cost, personnel, of a 24x7 continuous operation.
