I'm responsible for IT infrastructure, business support, data security and regulatory compliance, general IT function across Greater China & ASEAN(Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia and Thailand). My responsibility: 1. Build, improve and manage all aspects of the infrastructure and lead IT projects across Vesuvius and Foseco 6 plants and 4 offices around Greater China & South East Asia region. Make sure everything in company IT standard ( IPSec/MPLS access, Cisco router and switch, Dell server, HP Thin Client, APC UPS, HP tape drive etc.) 2. Day to day administration of all business systems (such as Lotus Domino, Active Directory, VMWare ESX, Citrix, vRanger, etc) to provide a stable and secure computing environment for all end users. 3. Implement Group IT Policy to ensure compliance with usage, licensing and security requirements. 4. Ensure the safety, integrity and security of all IT resources and data, with particular emphasis on protecting the business from the risks associated with Internet connectivity. 5.
