- Co-managed a $500k+ residential renovation to Green Home Institute standards receiving GreenStar Certification, helping to define and develop the scope, budget and schedule while simultaneously creating construction documents and assisting with designing to current Michigan Building Code standards.- Solely represented the company in majority of written and in-person communications with the city of Ann Arbor, Sylvan Township and Ann Arbor/ Ypsilanti Regional Chamber. Including successfully defending a variance through the zoning board of appeals.- Assisted with LEED documents and submittals for small commercial coffee house, receiving LEED Silver.- Created initial site plans and submittal documents for a 123-acre educational organic farm, which went on to be the first farm of its kind in Sylvan Township.
