Systems Administration: - Administration of servers and networks based on Windows operating systems; - Knowledge of TCP / IP networks; - Data center management; - Vertical Wave (extensions, IVR, queues, call groups and voicemail); - VoIP phones (Grandstream, Vertical); - Experience in administration and configuration of several security solutions: • Anti-virus (Kaspersky); • Firewall's (Watchguard); • VPNs; - Experience with backup tools (Symantec Backup Exec); - Experience with Monitoring tools (Manage Engine); - Trouble ticketing tools (Spiceworks); - Knowledge of configuration and alignment of Axis cameras. - Knowledge of UTP network installation level: • Structured cabling (cables, patchpanels and switchs).HelpDesk: - Hardware and software support to 300+ users on 3 offices; - On-site Support: Lisbon (Headquarters), Remote Support: Porto and Madrid (Delegations); - Creation and user account management, as well as their respective Mailbox's; - Distribution lists; - Access control of folders with filesharing; - Resolution of user doubts on applications, computers, cellphones, etc.; - Constraints with computers, printers, etc.; - Management and support for problems caused by local network failure (Network \ Wireless); - Installation / Updating of programs; - Support on Microsoft Office tools; - Issues with configuring up email on multiple devices; - Inventory of hardware used on all company (Computers, phones, cellphones, servers, etc.).
