Area Manager
Being an Area Manager by example I made sure daily to execute leadership, coachable management, focused merchandising, complimenting marketing tactics, and consistent team-building skills to over 150+ employees. My responsibility for my zone 305 ( 10 sites ) was to ensure maintaining the proper controls, accurate inventory supply and demand needs with clear reporting, clear communication, and having the right people in place at every store. My goal as an Area Manager was to constantly make sure all programs and promotions were properly trained upon, executed with urgency, and maintained to effectively and efficiently grow the H & S business profitably. My focus while in the field was to always create positive work environments with highly surprising and excellent customer service experiences throughout my zone of responsibility.I planned and organized the work smarter not harder. Due to the highly competitive market helping my teams succeed together was the best way to prove WE can achieve anything to be the best. By overseeing all P & L responsibilities for my sites my zone had an inventory control level of 1.87% and site inspection success rate averaging 101%. In this industry 1% is perfect for inventory control and 100% is the goal for inspection of any sort.
