• Between October 2018 and December 2019 I worked in this position in the Logistics & Supply Chain Division, I was responsible for looking for professionals on the following areas: Warehousing, Forwarding & Transportation, Cost Engineering, Lean & Kaizen and Logistics Planning - from junior to managerial level.• In December I started my transition to Engineering and Manufacturing Division where I have become responsible for Mechanical R&D area and since then I have been working with Product-, Tooling-, Machine Design Engineer, Development Engineer and Simulation Engineer candidates from junior to managerial level.• As a Recruitment Associate I managed end-to-end recruitment projects and I was also involved in business development projects.• Since March 2019 I was also one of the Internal Trainers of the Hungarian branch of the company. I organised and held trainings for newcomers in Candidate Management and Engagement.

Offsite Sourcer for Bosch via Hays (Jun 2017 - Dec 2017)As an Offsite Sourcer I supported the Onsite Recruiter by searching professionals in the fields of IT and Engineering (Electrical and Mechanical R&D, Project Engineering and Process Engineering). My main tasks were: sourcing potential applicants for job openings in the fields of IT & Engineering, pre-screening the candidates via phone and supporting the recruiter's work in administrative tasks.Talent Sourcer (Jan 2018 -Sep 2018)After the Bosch project ended I became specialized in Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain recruitment. Working with exceptional customers within these sectors, my primary focus was to partner with candidates and clients, using the depth and breadth of my expertise and market knowledge to ensure we made the unique match that made individuals, companies and industries flourish.

My main tasks were the following: sourcing potential applicants for job openings (for Customer Service Representatives), pre-screening the candidates via phone, supporting the recruiter's work in administrative tasks and taking part in the employer-branding activities of HR Department.

My task was to update the profiles of the clients of Agoda, by making phone calls and exchanging emails with the clients.

I was a mentor of exchange students coming from Brasil and Asian countries. I helped them to arrange documents and in any issues that came up during the spent time in Budapest. I also participated in organising several events for them.
