Within Team Bath Racing Electric, competing in the upcoming 2024 Formula Student championship, I am preparing patterns, moulds, and laying-up carbon fiber for the monocoque and several aero elements for our team’s 2024 entry.

In a small team of like-minded engineers , I am designing and manufacturing a prototype glide aircraft to test a wing design to be used in our teams entry for the IMechE UAS challenge 2024 competition. Previously within this team I repaired and flew other RC aircraft to be used for other test purposes.

Within this internship I implemented testing and development methods for the FLEX Lunar Rover’s battery systems. This is in collaboration with VENTURI ASTROLAB in California, as part of the NASA Artemis campaign to develop a Lunar Terrain Vehicle. I was tasked with designing and implementing methods for the production and testing of the battery packs used in the rover, based on stringent requirements provided by NASA.This involved constant work on CATIA V5 and SOLIDWORKS, as well as 3D printing for prototyping. Additionally, I ran pressure simulations in ANSYS to guarantee the effectiveness of Vacuum flanges and connector seals. I regularly produced technical drawings for my bespoke components to be manufactured and implemented in the rover’s assembly.

Worked with a team of waiters and attendants to deliver silver service to a range of hospitality functions, focusing on efficiency and attention to detail, ensuring customer satisfaction. I communicated effectively to deliver all parts of the service efficiently and at the highest quality.
