After 2 years with the organization, I left for four months and then returned as a Workshop Coordinator in Sept. 2013. Four months later I transitioned into working with the Internship program for 2 months and then was promoted into Business Services as Employment Manager. Organizational changes adjusted the title to Program Coordinator and my area of responsibility was programmatic oversight. I collaborated with the Talent Recruiters in Citrus, Levy and Marion counties....and we worked together to source qualified candidates for our local businesses. In October 2016 I joined the WIOA team at CareerSourceCLM as a Career Coach in our Citrus County office. I worked with students who are furthering their education as well as candidates in our region who are participating in our experiential learning programs. In May 2018 I transitioned to CareerSourceCLM's affiliate office, the Talent Center located in Ocala at The College of Central Florida. As Talent Center Manager my goal is to assist professionals in transition and soon to be graduates connect to employment that will meet their needs and goals. Show less

Began in property management in 1998 as a Resident Services Liaison just before company became branded as Archstone. At the end of my first year I began leasing apartments and moved to our La Jolla community. Leased at La Jolla before accepting an Assistant Manager position at our property in Carmel Valley. My final position, also as a Assistant Manager with Archstone was at a then brand new luxury property called Torrey Hills.
