I was also managing and maintaining correspondence along the project stages with the design team (clients), managing the internal workflow between teams, dedicated team tasks, and site support.

I was responsible to support the principal lighting designer on the design and development of the full scope of work of various size projects such as shopping malls, five-star hotels, F&B, and Educational. I was responsible for putting together concept presentations, developing lighting calculations (Dialux), lighting layout, lighting critical detail, specification. I was also responsible for developing and managing a full scope of small size projects and managing and supporting the post-contract stage with the supervision of mockup, installation and tender approvals, shop-drawings review under the guidance of the Principal Lighting Designer. In support of the growth of the studio, I was involved in the marketing strategy and implementation of internal standards.

Light engineer expert for iGuzzini illuminazione in the International Lighting Engineering Department based in iGuzzini headquarter Italy. I was responsible for providing Technical and Design assistance for international subsidiaries, key-account clients, and agencies with a focus on North Africa, India, South America. Responsible for developing design reports and presentations, AtoCAD drawings, luminaire schedules, 2D Visuals in Photoshop, and BoQ. I was also the main point of contact for New York, UK, Switzerland, and Dubai subsidiaries. I worked on various projects from commercial, residential, museum, historical buildings, public realm & retail. Trainer and tutor for interns and new colleagues.

Dubai - Middle East

Lighting specialist of the iGuzzini subsidiary located in Dubai. I was the main contact for designated regions of the Middle East providing Technical and Design assistance to distributing partners, architects, contractors, engineers, and lighting designers. In support of the development of the team, my job included also checking stock availability, producing quotations, preparing samples, and staff training.

Switzerland

Lighting Engineering for iGuzzini Illuminazione Schweiz AG based in Zurich. I was the main contact for the Canton of Ticino market, in the south of Switzerland, providing technical and design assistance to the local agencies, architects, contractors, and engineers. I worked mainly on small and big size projects such as retail, residential and mixed-use projects with focus also on the development of custom-made fixtures to suit the local market and projects.
