- HR Head for RMX, Aggregates and Infrastructure business- Partner with the functional leadership team to assess the state of the workforce and ensure the business attracts, develops, and retains high quality talent at all levels in a continuous pipeline to support the growth objectives, opportunities, and strategies of the business.

- Review salaries and benefits against internal and external market, supporting annual salary review process. Administrate flexible benefits responsible (Beneflex program).- Variable incentive compensation planning, design, review and administration.- Act as internal advisor on all projects / initiatives with compensation & benefits impact involving interaction with staff at all levels. Implementation of a variable incentive compensation program.- Coordinate international assignments –Inbounds and Outbounds (expatriation, repatriation and international moves processes).- Personnel administration (Confidential Payroll / Executives).

- Provide advice, guidance and counselling to managers and employees on all HR matters (HR programs, policies, organization development, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, trainings, talent and career management.) - Corporate Initiatives within the Region (Latin America) / Payroll and C&B - Responsible of Internal Communication
