PhD course in "Markets and Institutions for Development and Innovation". I attended advanced courses of Mathematics, Statistics, Micro/Macro-economics, Econometrics, Development Economics, Economic Geography, International Economics, Data Visualization and Mapping, Quantitative Methods for Development Policies. My research project investigates the concept of innovation ecosystem and the dynamics of collaborative R&D. The focus is on the interactions among firms, universities, research institutes, support organizations, and entrepreneurs, by means of Social Network Analysis tools and complexity theory.

I am involved in three different projects: - Impetus: a European project funded by Horizon Europe aimed to support 125 Citizen Science (CS) initiatives through three different open calls. I am involved in the impact assessment work package, contributing to developing a framework to evaluate the impact of CS pilots and the overall impact of Impetus, taking into account the objectives of the Green Deal and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). - Localised: a European project funded by Horizon 2020 aimed to downscale national decarbonization trajectories at the local level by providing tools to highlight possible decarbonization and mitigation strategies. I am involved in stakeholder mapping activities across several work packages. - IDMO: the Italian Digital Media Observatory is one of the European hubs involved in the fight against disinformation. Co-funded by the European Commission and led by Luiss Data Lab, the observatory is carrying on a campaign on media literacy for teachers and students by involving Italian high schools in several activities and research.
