I manage planning policy development and community engagement and facilitation projects for local and regional public agencies. I specialize in public health and social services, environmental justice, climate change, transportation, and recreation issues. I facilitate groups of all sizes and understands the importance of a balanced and inclusive outreach campaign. I translate community input into feasible policies for jurisdictions and agencies. • Researched, wrote, and prepared environmental impact reports for public agencies and private organizations including the Bernal Property Phase II Specific Plan and the Oak Grove environmental impact reports for the City of Pleasanton; and the San Francisco Water System Improvements Project environmental impact report. • Investigated and analyzed potential economic opportunities for growing communities, businesses, and other entities in California including the Shandon Market Analysis Study for the County of San Luis Obispo; economic development analysis and research for the City of Porterville General Plan; and economic impact analysis for the California Pacific Medical Center.

• Supervised and facilitated the environmentally-focused internship experience of sixteen college students in Fiji and Hawaii. • Developed curriculum and taught culture and ecology topics applicable to Hawaii and Fiji to groups of college students participating in program. • Organized and scheduled various lectures, accommodations, and transportation logistics for student groups.
