Work closely together with the Finance and Operation team as well as with the different R&D teams in order to consolidate all information of the physical laboratory equipment inventory and update the database in ERP (SAP) system.• Coordinate and prepare the Laboratories moving based on the handled and update physical inventory list.• Verify multiple information (logistics, handling, technical data, contacts) by liaising with the lab teams.• Verify physical location of each item, check existence/movements/scrapping.• Verify and confirm attributes (serial numbers, types, labeling).• Update asset attributes in SAP system to prepare of the projected Scientific Equipment Database.6 months according to the project timeline

• Audit & Relationship management: - Organize and participate on Internal Process, System-, and Customer Audits; - Manage and execute Corrective Actions based on the System audit Non-conformities; - Conduct supplier audits and internal supplier evaluation; - Define the company supplier quality expectations and communicate effectively with suppliers;• Customer management: - Coordinate, bunch up and submit PPAP manuals based on the customer requests and follow Production Part Approval Process from submission to approval; - Inputting IMDS submissions, registrate chemical compositions into the IMDS system; - Claim handling (8D); - Collection and processing of Customer surveys and evaluations;• Documentation management: - Expand ISO TS documentation system into our Corporate culture, handle, follow-up and review Quality documentations, - SOPs; - Track, trend, analyse supplier quality performance and produce reports for action; - Share Customer test reports via data base system;• Process management: - Apply Statistical Process Control in order to check the manufacturing process potential operation; - Track, trend analyse defect ratio ppm (KPI), and phase in defect ratio decrease activities; - Determine CAPAs with other department, after sudden failures occurred on the Production line;• Material testing: - Set up Boundary and Limit sample system at the Visual inspection area; - Drive Attributive Gage R&R inspection; - Accomplish and coach incoming inspection of raw materials: pH measurement, viscosity measurement; - Perform final inspections of Bulk: grinding of fibers, crystallization ratio measurement, X-ray fluorescent measurement and sample preparation, shot ratio measurement, Fiber diameter measuring with Scanning Electro microscope;

• Participate in the preparation of the Quality Star audit• Compilation and publishing of the Quality Star program information and the basic knowledge about the audit's criteria for all employee at the Repair COE• Participation in the collection process of the audit evidences and documentations• Implementation of program related ordering tasks: gifts, promotional leaflets and booklets• Organize, create and collect Employee Surveys• Create binders for Quality Star elements

• Data recording, technical documentation, monitoring and management (filing, transfer)• Updates of company statistics on a weekly basis, presentation for Management and support team• Writing protocols of Management and Team meetings• Checking of as-built plans/projects (on-site)• Number generation of components in SRM and SAP systems• On-site verification, preparation of written protocols and photo-documentations
