As Chief Transformation Officer at SEI, I am focused on building and supporting transformative learning models that improve student outcomes.Previously, I served as president of Strayer, working to deliver an innovative, impactful education that helps students achieve their goals. I also served as Provost and Chief Academic Officer for Strayer, and as Dean of the Jack Welch Management Institute. During that time, I had the privilege to be mentored by Jack Welch himself, accurately dubbed “CEO of the Century.”I have two fabulous sons who keep me on the edge of my seat, and as a single mother, I understand the complexities working adults face in trying to balance career, family and education.
