I am passionate about training other professionals and implementing change. I have a wide range of training experience in many fields, including Law and Banking. I've taken the lead training role in a huge variety of global IT projects.I have helped on disaster recovery projects, creating training materials and information to urgently aid recovery, I have expanded my learning expertise by creating e learning courses and events using current technologies, including Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Articulate, video editing, audio files and managing LMSI have great communication skills and I m a real people person, I like nothing better than meeting new people. I love working in a great team but I also relish working on my own and challenging myself.As well as training, I have also been involved in engagement and relationship management, a role which I found to be very rewarding and a great way to interact with others and add tremendous value to the company.
