This position requires teamwork, initiative, organization skill and be able to work under stress to achieve daily goals. Main activities concern: - Oversee all aspects that impact the efficiency of the plant; - Being part of the team responsible for planning and coordinating a plant's budget and its business planning activities, in line with company policies and practices;- Daily analyses relating to the weekly and monthly performance of each department; - Analysis of existing problems in order to create appropriate solutions for improving the plant's production systems.

The position necessitated leadership (organizing work for a group of people), accounting skills and the ability to work under stress.List of activities:- Accounting of invoices issued by self-employed individuals- Inputting the first entry prepared by the companies- Preparation of the Single Certification (C.U.) for self-employed workers.
