After 3 years insided PoliENERGY I obtained enough insight to help the board to take decisions for what regard the HR area.My mansions in this period regarding the recruitment process includes CV and motivational letter read and doing the interviews. During the rest of the year I contribute with team-building organization, post-event analysis and members well-being support.

The team in which I work is responsible for training members within PoliENERGY. Trainings are conducted either by members within the association (this was the case for training on article writing and Linkedin profile writing) or by external professionals (training on leadership and motivation).

During these years in the association, I have led the HR area of the association. The team's goal is to make the association a pleasant place to live and to foster the growth of PoliENERGY members.We do this by making ourselves available to listen to any problems the teams and members may have and by organizing team-building events and reviews of completed projects. We finally handle recruitment and training management.

During my first year in the association following the instructions of the External Relations manager, I was responsible for contacting companies, professors or other associations to establish partnerships.

In my free time i offer private lessons both in presence and remote in math and physics to high school students. I am learning how to explain difficult concept in an easy way, how to listen carefully to my student needs and to organize my free time in a proper time.What I like the most of this activity is the proud face expression of my students when they feel they have understood the topic and they see that they can accomplish what they desire.

I started the job at the end of November 2021, on-call contract.I took the offer in anticipation of the fact that from March 2022 I would have finished my bachelor's degree classes and i would have left Turin to go back home to prepare for my last exams.The work environment is informal but at the same time professional, I have learnt how to relate to customers, how to handle the pressure of service during peak hours, and how to communicate clearly and effectively.
