- work in partnership with the Faculty Director for Learning and Teaching (Arts & Humanities) and other senior staff from departments to set Faculty driven priorities and to implement them for enhancing learning and teaching and the student experience;- Member of the Leadership Team for Learning and Teaching Services (LeTS);- Team Leader for 6 Quality Management Advisers who implement the institutional quality management framework, including periodic reviews, annual reflection and new programme design and approval;

-Work closely with the Learning and Teaching Development Manager (LTDM) for the Faculty to support Faculty Officers in the achievement of Faculty driven priorities and targets for learning and teaching and the student experience- Responsible for managing the implementation of a range of quality processes and providing expert advice and guidance to departments for a specified Faculty including: approval of modules and programmes of study; Annual Reflection; Periodic Review; Programme Regulations; KIS.- Responsible for supporting key L&T committees and working groups in the Faculty to take forward L&T Strategy.
