Responsible for the promotion of the B&C Brand (leader in the European Promotional Textile Market) on the Italian territory through:- Visit to Resellers (Promotional or Advertising Agencies, Decorators) to deepen the knowledge of the Brand and the Collection.- Coordination of a variety of promotional activities (mailing, sampling, POS, website presence) directed at the Resellers to provide visibility to the Brand or to ongoing commercial actions.- Reports to Sales Manager Italy and Sales Manager Europe with updates on the Italian Promotional Textile Market (players, trends, etc.) in order to identify market share opportunities.

- Creation and distribution of reports to internal and external customers on Customer Services’ KPI’s.- Coordination of the CQR team (Continuous Quick Replenishment – two people responsible for Zegna’s stock styles)

- Ensure on-time and accurate delivery of weekly / monthly / quarterly / annual SC performance reports.- Create new scorecards and reports based on the requirements expressed by Senior Management.- Manage the maintenance of current and new reports to allow changes in response to new business requirements.- Lead the analysis efforts on DIFOT (Delivery In Full and On Time) through the EMEA region.

- Create and maintain the reporting structure supporting the decision making process within Customer Service Leadership team.- Drive the analysis of processes within Customer Service to identify improvement opportunities; assist in creating implementation plans to capture the identified opportunities.- Lead the training activities to support the implementation of new systems and processes within the department.

- Responsible for the monthly EMEA Men’s Active category buy plan (around 30 million units yearly)- First point of contact with the Nike Apparel sourcing base through Nike Liaison Offices- Creation and maintenance of the KPI’s reporting structure.

- Creation of a Sales forecast based on historical data, Sales targets and Brand management objectives.- Business analysis and reporting to provide decision making support to Managers/Senior Leaders.
