I am currently the project lead of a Work Force Management product (country Spain) . In the past I worked as a technical / functional analyst in proposing IT solutions for the Work Force Management. I worked in recent years on projects involving South America (Colombia, Brazil), I started a project in Romania and today I am part of a team on an important project for a large Italian company..

I dealt with the collection of requirements and both technical and functional analysis in a project that involved a porting from an old application to a new software application (server + mobile) for a large Italian multi-utility company. In 2018-2019 I followed as project pm the start of an IT project regarding the field service for a large energy supplier in Romania, in the city of Bucharest.

I am one of the first founder of CleanBnB, startup that has become a valid company in a few years, specialized in short rents in the Italian territory

Il progetto SEED accoglie le idee in fase germinale, fornendo all’ideatore sostegno e supporto per arrivare dall’idea a un business plan e sostenere un primo piano di lancio. Le idee/start-up più meritevoli incubate da Seed avranno modo di confrontarsi con reali imprenditori pronti ad investire sulle loro idee. Menzione di merito attualmente per realtà come Cleanbnb e CVPRO.

Responsabile dei due progetti Business Banking Game ( business game bancario) e sul Behaviour game ( un in-basket informatizzato per la selezione del personale). Siamo stati pionieri a livello italiano nella costruzione di un game sulla Grande Distribuzione Organizzata, utilizzata in grandi realtà aziendali come Coop Nordest
