After AOL purchased DMS, I was asked to assist the AOL Retention Department. Responsible for the creation and execution of internal marketing campaigns aimed at improving the effectiveness of AOL call center representatives. Also responsible for all qualitative research conducted with the Street Team; a specific group of call center representatives chosen to reflect over ten different call centers across the globe, participating in qualitative research assignments designed to keep AOL management one step ahead of consumer or call center issues.

A key member of strategic leadership team, helping manage $10 million annual business. An online marketing research pioneer, moving offline and phone surveys, and survey techniques, to the online platform for the very first time with large success.Responsible for business development and partner relationships in addition to managing a research staff, responsible for the execution of hundreds of B2C and B2B projects among Fortune 500 companies, including AOL, Time Warner, AVON, JCPenney, Hallmark, M&M Mars, P&G, Frito Lay.Built and managed one of the first client research panels for AVON, Inc., garnering ongoing, online feedback from AVON reps for inventory management. Designed and managed portal interface, research projects, database maintenance, and customer services of the AVON panel.Developed DMS project management tools to ensure quality work throughout the organization and participated in requirements and management of LandScape (online interviewing tool) development.

Responsible for the management of several CPG accounts, skills acquired include proposal writing, questionnaire design, analytical planning, and analysis. Survey design included concept testing, message testing, conjoint, segmentation, cluster analysis, and customer satisfaction.

Responsible for management of internal research projects, as well as forged JCPenney's external relationship with AVON, leveraging in-store networks to collect online data from local AVON representatives on-site.
