My team is formed by 6 direct managers, (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, HR and one assistant) and in total 26 FTEs + 35 sales agents on the field specialized on traditional trade. After many years of commodities business in Italy my main objective is to bring FrieslandCampina Italy in branded business, changing the approach to the market (from volume to value).
