Since 2015 I have been working in the automotive sector, first through the delivery of tires to the workshops, then in the warehouse always in contact with tires and also other types of goods, then in contact with the cars becoming a tire dealer and technician.From the end of 2019 I entered in the world of spare parts.At the beginning of 2021, I settle in the Ferrari and Maserati universe where, in addition to following the spare parts warehouse, I have the opportunity to learn how to work in the after-sales service also in the workshop acceptance phase.Partly covering the role of Brand Ambassador for Ferrari, I had the pleasure of participating in training courses on sales and customer enhancement.
