Resident Assistant of a residence hall at Keene State College, to which I supervised a floor of about 50 first-year students. Tasks include watching over floor, writing reports of incidents, submitting work/maintenance requests, communicating with residents as well as supporting them with academic situations, student incidents and dorm related issues.

Desk Assistant in residence hall at Keene State College, where I monitored the main entrance of the building, greeted students entering the building, checked student identification cards and stickers which identified whether the students were “on-campus” students, directed students to different parts of the building and made calls to campus safety when necessary.

Worked in database program called The Raiser's Edge by Blackbaud. Tasks included manual data entry, locating and revising data and updating information. Also worked on the preparing and sending of mail, organizing files and documents, and other general office tasks.

At independently run bed and breakfast, cleaned and organized rooms, set up for events, served food, greeted guests and ensured all guest needs were met. Painted and refinished furniture. Designed and made holiday decorations including ornaments, wall hangings, wreaths. Made and updated spreadsheets tracking business expenses.

Created online database in Microsoft Access and Excel to track books and other documents at Visitor Center. Transferred data from paper documents to online formats through scanning and manual data entry. Converted cemetery record book into Excel spreadsheet. Assisted in taking regularly scheduled water samples. Cleaned and organized office space. Updated filing system. Greeted visitors and directed them to different areas in the park.
