Throughout my career, I have focused on matching project requirements with colleagues’ skills, experience, motivational drivers and needs. I designed and orchestrated the activities of Saipem first innovation lab, crafted a research office for geo-political, socio-economic and technological trends, dealt with critical skills development and am currently responsible for Saipem Sustainable People Strategy. As a wellbeing designer, I create generative relationships that integrate productivity with the enhancement of personal fulfillment.
