Submitted prior authorization for medications. Completed forms requested by patients such as FMLA, DMV, Worker’s Comp & disability. Scribed for MD or OD to ensure completion of record. Assisted in lasers and minor procedures with MD.

Scheduled all surgeries performed by Dr.Berlin at Beth Israel Hospital. Sent all prior authorization to insurance companies. Hired and managed 4- 6 employees between 3 departments( medical, radiology & physical therapy). Released all employees schedules, and submitted employees time cards for payroll. Hired & trained incoming staff. Created an book full of protocol to create unison and organize within the office.
