•Developed the vision for the technical and creative aspects of the department, including an initiative to make projects and scripts more efficient.•Served on the Strategic Planning Committee; chaired the Research Subcommittee which included researching data on comparable, aspirational, and competitive peer institutions and analyzing qualitative data from town hall meetings; contributed data as needed for the strategic planning process. •Implemented an assessment management system (Taskstream) to aid in the newly created institution wide plan for academic and support services assessment in conjunction with the Director of Academic Assessment and the Accreditation Liaison.•Improved the Institutional Core Themes and measures, and led the campus in creating a new mission statement when the institution became a university in conjunction with the Director of Academic Assessment and the Accreditation Liaison.•Designed, executed, analyzed, and communicated the results of surveys to facilitate the institution in meeting the Core Themes and measures.•Supervised the preparation of federal, state and compliance reports and other national surveys.•Chaired the Institutional Review Board (IRB) Committee and administered the IRB for the institution.

•Provided creative and technical leadership and vision for Institutional Research in conjunction with the director.•Served as the liaison to internal offices around campus (i.e. Information Technology, Academic Affairs).•Managed, coordinated, and supervised, from start to finish major office projects, including the transition of Third Week and End of Term reporting to the Operational Data Store (ODS), the creation of a financial aid view, and the creation of several views to assist in the efficiency of retention and graduation rate reporting.•Directed reporting for the Office of Institutional Research including 1) State and Federal reporting e.g., IPEDS, Perkins, Third Week; 2) National Surveys, e.g. Common Data Set, ACT Survey, Peterson's Guide; 3) Compliance reporting e.g. NCAA.•Supervised Call Center operations including hiring, terminating, and performance of employees, as well as policies and procedures that govern and direct the call center.•Managed, coordinated, and assisted in the maintaining, updating and disseminating official information via the Institutional Research web page.
