In this role, I develop, implement, and monitor enterprise-wide data strategies that empower business leaders to make intelligent decisions and operate more efficiently, thus increasing margins and returning maximum value back to our membership. I also supervise the Market Data team, which includes three management employees, two data analysts, and three juniors analysts. In the course of my job, I have the following responsibilities:- Integrate multiple data sources, including internal and external, to create unique targeted marketing campaigns- Use primary and secondary data points to create powerful and highly successful marketing collateral- Spearheaded Process Improvement Committee, which is a collaboration of IT and business analysts who focus on solving pain points by developing solutions with automation, data warehouse, or other solutions - Research industry trends and new product and service opportunities, including creating proposals and presenting to Executive Leadership when necessary - Lead cross-functional teams through new product implementations, system conversions, and other major projects- Participate in annual strategic planning process from developing the plan, analyzing progress, creating the presentations, and providing official updates to Board of Directors. Also involved in carrying out strategic initiatives throughout the year, remaining agile and pivoting when necessary- Ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the Market Data team, assisting with report requests and other duties as needed

- Write reports using an MCIF and other analytics tools - Analyze data and present to management and executives- Research and correct issues in the data as they arise- Monitor progress towards goals and come up with ways to help achieve those goals- Determine areas of opportunity and strategies to capitalize on those opportunities- Identify challenges and work to develop strategies for improvement- Develop campaigns to increase debit and credit card usage and spend- Troubleshoot problems in the MCIF and other analytics tools- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, Training, Data Processing, Financial Analyst, and other roles

- Served as interim Member Service Call Center Manager- Oversaw 7 Member Service agents and 1 electronic services agent- Monitored call volumes and ensured adequate staffing to meet demand- Developed Cross-Sales Contests to increase employees' sales efforts- Resolved member issues and tracked complaints from members in order to improve service

- Analyze data obtained through our MCIF database and convert it into meaningful marketing campaigns- Collaborate with other functions of the credit union to determine most profitable products and appropriate marketing strategies- Aid in the development and implentation of new products and services, including marketing these services and analyzing results- Attend community events to promote ETFCU- Write content for marketing materials for internal and external distribution

Monitor 42 lenders to ensure they are meeting their sales goals. Provide ongoing coaching and training to help lenders succeed.Act as a positive role model by continually setting and achieving my own goals.
