 Customer service, order entry, RA and credit notes, customer invoicing Coordinating the ordering, follow up, receiving and distribution of salesman samples. Production allocation for customer orders, creation of picking slips. Reviewing any shortages and reporting issues to reps and customer service. Placing production orders, daily communication and follow up with overseas vendors to insure timely deliveries and working through any production issues. Approving all vessel bookings, insuring all documentation is received for clearance and timely delivery of goods in house. Set up of styles, HS garment codes and content in ERP system. Analysis of sales and production purchasing costs to better plan the next line and reduce unnecessary spending. Developing new styles in conjunction with the design department, based on the results of seasonal sales analysis. Working with vendors on new style tech packs, lab dip approvals, fit and spec approval.
