As a Design Advocate Manager, I am responsible for understanding the customer’s pain points and challenges as well as ensuring design teams are guided and enabled to overcome those challenges through the adoption of Abstract. The Design Advocate team sits on the Customer Success team and we are the bridge between Product, Design, Support and Marketing.We design and facilitate customer trainings and best practice sessions as well as deliver webinars and write blog posts.
