I lead a team of talent management and learning professionals who support Fidelity’s Corporate Service and CFO functions. My team is responsible for developing and implementing talent and learning strategies that drive business results.

The Chapter Leader, Client Solutions Business combines deep business and product strategy skills, knowledge of customers and financial products, and technology expertise with a passion for mentoring and developing our associates! The Chapter Leader is also driven to improve the value delivered to our customers. Within an agile structure, the Chapter Leader directly manages a team of chapter members, who work within squads. The Chapter Leader supports team members with the growth and development of their knowledge area, ensuring alignment on the “how” of the work they perform; and also develops their own expertise to bring the latest thinking, empowering others with their knowledge. Collaborate with executive leaders to create and execute the learning strategies that supports their multi-year business plan. Responsible for associate and management development for 9,000+, driving innovation, process improvement, business impact as well as business partner and associate satisfaction. Manage a team of performance consultants.

Responsible for developing and executing the management development strategy for a LOB working in collaboration with HR and senior business leaders.

Responsible for working with business leaders to execute on projects in support of their learning plans. Also responsible for reporting the impact the solutions had on the businesses.

Managed a national team that was accountable for identifying and eliminating performance gaps in Commercial Banking. Team included: Instructional designers, developers, facilitators and implementation coordinators. Responsibilities also included managing the professional services budget and vendor management.
