Hello, thank you for taking the time to have a look at my profile!I’d like to start by saying that I’m a proud father of 3 children, and thanks to them I could develop some of those skills that nowadays are indispensable also in a work environment: understand and anticipate Customers needs, give priorities, time management and delegation, creative thinking and “out of the box” solutions.As a senior Organization & Workforce Planning specialist in a big insurance company, I work on a wide and international perimeter of more than 15k people. In this environment, collaborating also with key stakeholders as Finance, Business Lines and Operations, as well as HR family, my main roles consist in:• identifying the possible Workforce strategies (also finding the right levers, drivers and opportunity) to be proposed in high-level analysis to our Top Management (CHR&OO, CFO, COO …), giving them all the necessary key to define and address the HR strategy needed to support the continuous business and digital transformation of Generali Group• guarantee the right evolution and deployment of the workforce plan, implementing and monitoring specific KPIs and metrics• being the CoE and focal point for HR analytics and workforce processes (i.e. hiring authorization process, strategic workforce planning…)In 2022 I’m part of the team working on the Generali-Cattolica integration
