Responsible for leading the analysis, design and development of systems automation and applications including build versus buy decisions. Manages and drives the Business Intelligence and Reporting function in support of business and operational needs. Manages and leads efforts for systems integration and data interfaces between cores systems and other business supporting systems while ensuring data integrity and timely delivery to support daily processing needs. Leads enterprise Data Governance function and works with business units to ensure their involvement and stewardship of data. Manages all department resources, staff, vendors and contract workers to support business efforts and projects.

Presents annual Executive Overview of core processing studies and recommendations.Manages Internal Programmers, Web Developers, Core Data Services Coordination staff, and Information Processing Center staff. Provides automated solutions, resulting in increased productivity and efficiencies.Responsible for coordination of processes for various product areas.Manages daily, monthly and year-end core data processing schedules.Responsible for transmissions and data encryption of external file transfers.Recommends annual budget for software applications.
