• Define standards and IT infrastructure architectures • define and update the ICT technology plan in line with department strategies and business line requirements together with the other Department units• guarantee capacity planning of IT, supporting the pertinent functions in defining sourcing strategies and plans;• manage the operating management of contractual relationships with the suppliers of pertinent goods and services;• contribute to defining the planning of procurement requirements and support those that manage the framework agreements in defining the new services in terms of technical specifications, service levels and costs;
