- Developed and lead quality control programs on several construction projects with the intent of ensuring all requirements of the contract documents are met.- Reviewed shop drawings for conformance with contract documents, building science best practices and constructability.- Performed site testing and inspection throughout construction to ensure contract requirements are met and the building will perform as expected. This included pressurized smoke testing of building envelope interfaces, floor flatness testing, concrete floor slab humidity testing, visual inspection.- Investigated performance issues in existing buildings where condensation, mold or leaks have been identified.- Chaired meetings with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and project professionals to address coordination and constructability issues.
