Proposed and formed a new company "Outlet4usa", for our existing wholesale company Autoparts4usa, specializing in the e-commerce of auto parts. Hired the start-up team that included a Business Developer, a Marketing Consultant, and a Customer Service Representative. Within 6 months company's total sales increased as well as the company's cash inflows. Our team increased to 9 in less than a year. Autoparts4usa's brand was strengthened via Outlet4usa's internet sales to a point that it was no longer needed to have two separate companies.
