I graduated from the University of Kansas' Master's of Accounting program in May, 2022, and am currently a professional in the accounting industry.Looking for guidance and opportunities to center social justice work in what I do and make a difference in the overarching community. My career goal is to combine my love for accounting and advocating for marginalized folx. I am empathetic, hard-working, and open-minded, which I believe is the key to connecting with others. I have attended and held many presentations regarding emotional intelligence and topics of social justice, and have exceeded in my accounting classes and internships. Would love to hear about others' experiences on intentionally intertwining their backgrounds in business and social justice if anyone would like to connect!
