The degree achieved at University and the Master as HR Specialist, have made me more and more passionate about human resources, in particular the areas of recruiting and training.Due to my experience in the recruitment process, as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, my Master of HR degree and pure passion, I strongly believe that I can effectively contribute in any role across human resources.In my early career years I worked mainly in Talent Acquisition, while through recent experiences I have broadened my skill set toward people management and training.Sono uno psicologo del lavoro specializzato nella selezione del personale.
