This included initial analysis, work and delivery estimation, detailed analysis, functional specification preparation, prioritisation process and user sign off.  Working with the IT Development team – technical walk through, work estimates, delivery estimates, testing design and sign off.

Various projects including SWIFT Messaging, Confirmations, Crest Settlements and FCA Regulatory Reporting.

 Co-ordination and implementation of Equity Program trading in back office. Supervising settlements team covering international markets. Projects covering front-to-back office flows, new business initiatives, relationship management (external and internal client liaison), analysis of operations efficiency, and implementation of new operation systems.
