Hired as a technical designer, over the years I have gained experience in the engineering department.I followed and coordinated projects of increasing complexity and budget, even in complete autonomy. Currently my role is Project Engieneer and Tecnical Office Coordinator.I follow many projects since the feasibility phase to erection/installation works, commissioning and project hand-over, respecting the objectives in terms of cost, quality and time.During the basic and detailed engineering I am able to prepare technical specifications, cost evaluating, CapEx documentation preparation, technical works specification, maintain relations with suppliers and contractors (SAL, expediting,...). On weekly/monthly based project meeting, I update all the projects plan, identify and apply corrective actions when necessary (Gantt diagram tools, projects cost monitoring). I am able to also to manage projects with external engineering services supplier.
