My path to this field has been shaped by personal experiences with orthopaedic surgeries, a deep connection to the game, and insights from playing experience and AFL media work. These experiences equip me with unique perspectives on injury rehabilitation and performance enhancement, allowing me to create strategies prioritising player performance and wellbeing.My coaching philosophy centres on fostering a growth mindset and resilience.
