As an advocate for social equity, my career in nonprofit work involves providing direct services to clients, as well as tactically evaluating ways to meet program objectives, in order to expand services to more individuals experiencing need. My focus is directed towards day to day operations, that pertain to client and employee commitments, as well as development strategies needed for revenue growth and program accessibility. My background in behavioral health has led me to work with a variety of populations where I've promoted human services practices that sponsor ideologies such as trauma-informed care, harm reduction, and client advocacy. I strive to formulate policies that adhere to mindfulness when it comes to client care, and resource accessibility for all members in a community, regardless of circumstance. I long to bring innovative ideas to organizations that provide assistantship on multiple socioeconomic levels.
