Developed and lead a 24/7 physics customer support center for a radiation therapy system. Worked with a team of experts to design, implement, and deliver formal training for medical physicists on the TomoTherapy product, including a training certification program for distributors outside of the United States. Proven track record of meeting challenging deadlines while building a strong support team.

Responsible for conducting commissioning processes for manufacturing radiation therapy devices. Worked on development and documentation of a novel process that saved manufacturing time while improving repeatability of measurement. Provided escalation support for difficult technical issues from customers.

Taught physics courses at all undergraduate levels, including first-year physics, dynamics, quantum mechanics, and applied mathematics. Developed, maintained, and lead regular public outreach programs at the Beloit College Observatory. Served on a multi-year campus-wide writing initiative. Conducted independent research to understand the structure of a class of interacting galaxies (polar-ring galaxies).

Taught physics and astronomy courses at all levels, from freshman astronomy through graduate astrophysics. Managed and advised teaching assistants.
